…ihr hattet alle schöne Feiertage!

Nachdem ich an Heiligabend eine leichte LeMi-Vergiftung hatte und gar nichts essen konnte hab´ich mir wenigstens am ersten Feiertag bei Schwiegermuttern den Bauch mit Pute gut gefüllt 😉

Das Erdnüsschen hat ihren ersten Gottesdienstbesuch mit großen Augen und deutlichem Interesse an der Musik geduldig hinter sich gebracht. Was war ich stolz auf mein Kind – die kleinste aber bravste 😉

After I had some kind of stomach flu on the 24th and couldn´t eat anything, I ate for two on the 25th when we visited my mother-in-law.

The peanut went to church for the first time in her life. She really loved the music and was very patient.

Da es dieses Jahr fast nur Geschenke für´s Kind gab, habe ich auch nicht viel strickiges bekommen:

das Buch „Hausschuhe stricken“, in dem ein Muster für gestrickte „Chuck´s“ ist, die der BBvA auch sofort für sich bestellt hat. Auch sonst sind ein paar süße Sachen drin, aber das dauert ja noch ein bisschen, bis das Erdnüsschen Hausschuh benötigt…

I didn´t get much knitterly things this year:

the book „Hausschuhe stricken“ which contains a pattern for knitted „Chuck´s“. The BFSoA demanded them immediately. There are some other nice patterns as well, but it´s gonna be a while until the Peanut needs slippers…

Schon zum Geburtstag im November hatte ich diese Wolle von einer Freundin bekommen:

For my birthday in November I got this yarn from a friend:

Regia Pompon, je zwei Knäuel pro Farbe. Das gibt dann also für jeden ein Paar Socken plus Geringelte für die Erdnuss. Falls ich jemals dazu komme.
Eigentlich ist Effektgarn überhaupt nicht mein Fall, aber für flauschige Socken ist das mal ok.

Regia Pompon, two balls each colour. So that´s a pair of socks for each of us plus striped ones for the Peanut. In case I ever have free time again.
Normally I don´t like novelty yarns, but it´s ok for some fluffy socks.
